Suvritika
She/her
Purpose-driven social entrepreneur, committed to advancing equity and inclusion through livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and education. With an academic background in humanities, development studies, and social entrepreneurship, she has spent the past four years working at the intersection of gender justice, entrepreneurship, and education.
Rishabh
He/him
Purpose-driven social entrepreneur, aims to work with & for the development of GSM communities, has a background in finance, actuarial science, and sustainability. Currently serving as Lead Operations & Strategy Consultant at Bintix Waste Research.

🌱 Green Corps
What is the Green Corps?
Green Corps is a livelihood initiative designed to support GSMC individuals in building dignified and flexible careers in the area of Data and AI.
How does it work?
We collaborate with organizations willing to outsource remote and online work, like Data and AI. Our team trains and supports the community individuals with the skills and resources needed to succeed in these roles and guide them throughout their journey.
Inclusive Livelihoods
To create sustainable livelihood opportunities for GSM communities where income generation is not the end goal, but a pathway to belonging, expression, and holistic growth.
Sensitization & Awareness
Our workshops are not just sessions—they are journeys of reflection and dialogue. Through interactive activities, participants explore identity beyond social norms and stereotypes, reimagine what inclusion means, and learn how to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Environmental Consultation
Nature is an essential part of holistic human well-being. Through our environmental consultation, we design and implement initiatives that integrate sustainability into community development while promoting climate-conscious practices.
Gender Equity Consultation
We provide guidance and consultation to institutions, organizations, and collectives on building inclusive policies, practices, and cultures that respect gender diversity and foster equity.

Every Saturday, we hold a virtual safe space — an open, non-judgmental forum where community members come together to discuss, share, facilitate, and learn. The sessions are participant-led, with themes emerging from what each individual finds meaningful or interesting.
